Someone had an idea, a poem a rhyme a reason.

This public speaking platform and lookout enable spoken word competitions and never before seen vistas of College Green Plaza. It will be a new tourist attraction and vantage point. Musicians can play and ideas will dance climb this little mountain and find democracy.
